Dear CLs,

First and foremost, I would like to congratulation all of you for passing out from your CL camp.

Now as a CL, you should set a higher standard for yourself and for the Unit.

Hope all of you had learned something from the course and camp.

It is just the beginning of your CL-ship.

You guys still have lots of things to learn.

Remember always to be humble!
