Batch09, Your Squad, Your Style.

SCL Trainees,

75% of your NPCC has passed, 50% of the course has been completed, have you thought what have you achieved for NPCC, for your squad and for yourself?

Let's not go too far back, just think and reflect through your CL-ship. You have gained many skills, you have gained many learning opportunities, and you have lead your Cadets. Bonded as a squad; the squad performed, the squad set a standard for the Cadets, the squad developed its own unique 'style'.

Now, thinking back at what is shared during the SCL course. Have you reflected what is shared and if you have reflected, what actions have you take? Things are said and done in a certain way, and are eventually for your personal development. If your squad allows the complacency attitude to come in and set itself in place, learning will be limited.

Humility brings learning and success. Success and familiarity develops complacency. Complacency leads to failure. Humility, a key to success.
